Sales procedure
Phase 1 of LEAD goes on sale on 25 November 2026. Here is how the sale works, and what you can already do now.
How the sale works
The pre-sale
Now
Register and save your favourite homes in the apartment picker (opens in a new tab). Then pass them on under Woningvoorkeuren (home preferences) in your LEAD account (opens in a new tab), which is in Dutch for now. That way the sales agents know straight away what you are looking for.
Please note: this is not yet an official registration for a home.
Phase 1 goes on sale
25 November 2026
The homes are sold in phases. Phase 1 goes on sale on 25 November. If you have passed on your favourites, you are the first to be invited to register officially.
Registering officially
You register officially for the homes of your choice. With your favourites already in place, it takes a single click.
Allocation
Pass on your favourites early and you get priority when the homes are allocated. A mortgage statement gives priority too.
After allocation
The project notary is Teekens Karstens Notarissen. TWHome guides you as a buyer.
Completion
2029
All three towers are completed together in 2029.
Why pass on your favourites now
You hear it first
You are the first to hear when sales of your homes officially open, and the first to be invited to register.
Priority in allocation
Pass on your favourites early and you get priority when the homes are allocated.
Registered in one click
When sales open, you register with a single click. Your preferences are already in place.
Financial scan
When sales open, you want to be sure you can carry out your plans. Knowing your financial options early not only makes a carefree purchase more likely, it also gives you priority when homes are allocated. In a project of this quality you want to be able to act quickly, without uncertainty afterwards.
LEAD works with a number of financial partners: independent advisers who specialise in financing new-build homes. Using your financial details, a mortgage specialist carries out a free scan. It gives you a clear view of your budget and shows how to finance a home responsibly. More complex questions are covered too, such as paying two sets of housing costs, the options for business owners and the effect of land and construction interest.
The mortgage statement that follows confirms that your purchase is financially well founded. That gives you peace of mind and an important head start when homes are allocated.

Prices
The from-prices per home type are on Apartments. Prices are v.o.n. (vrij op naam): the costs of the transfer are included.
Kitchen and bathroom included
As standard, your home comes with a Smeulders kitchen with Bosch built-in appliances, and a bathroom by Modus. Would you rather choose your own? You receive a voucher for your own kitchen or bathroom, its value depending on the size of your home.
Completion guarantee
The project is fully covered by a backstop arrangement, so it will always be completed. Major banks such as ABN AMRO and ING accept this completion guarantee for LEAD.
No ground lease
The homes are built on freehold land.
Who helps you
Sales go through the agents TW3 and Alpina. The project notary is Teekens Karstens Notarissen, and TWHome provides buyer support.
